Also affectionately known as “Sink The Biz” is believed to have originated from Indianapolis, USA during the mid 70′s. Nick’s English Hut formed a private beer drinking club, with each member receiving a bucket. It’s these buckets that formed the bases of the original game.
Alcohol is poured in to the bucket, and a tumbler/small glass placed in so that it floats.
Each player then takes it in turns to pour some of their drink in to the tumbler. When someone sinks the tumbler they have to down the contents of the glass. The game is then restarted by that player pouring in to the now empty tumbler.
Penalties:
Miss the biz – if someone misses the tumbler when trying to pour
Slow pour – if someone is taking way too long to pour
Short pour – if someone pours a ridiculously small amount in to the glass
Punishments can be agreed for the above violations, prior to the game commencing.
